Monthly Beginner's Yoga Workshop

This class, which we host once a month, covers the basics of yoga from a review of the various forms of yoga to a primer on the various poses. It's a great way to get a broad overview and introduction to the practice. The class is led by Jami, a yoga practitioner with more than 20 years experience.
