Monthly Beginner's Yoga Workshop

Join Jami for this fun monthly workshop that covers the basics of yoga. During the workshop, Jami offers a well-rounded introduction to the basics of popular yoga formats in a fun and informal way that allows you to find out if yoga is right for you. No commitments, no expectations. Just come and play for an hour. 

Jami has been a certified yoga instructor for almost 10 years and has trained in Japan. She has certifications in Pilates and many other exercise formats, but her first love is yoga.
